CEO/Founder

Ronnie played football for Steve Spurrier at the University of Florida and founded Fellowship Sports Inc., to educate and inspire young men through professional football coaching to produce strong athletes and stronger men of God. Through his work with Fellowship, Ronnie recognized a need for flexible and affordable tutoring options to support these athletes academically. He founded SCORE to help these student-athletes achieve future success in life.

Ronnie also serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant for IBM Watson (formerly The Weather Channel). Ronnie has a wide-range of experience in human resources and in creating successful teams. His passion is helping young people reach their full potential.

His role at SCORE is to set the vision and strategy for the company and ensure the necessary people, resources and processes are in place to make this vision a reality.

Monisha Longacre

With over 25 years of digital media experience working various companies including PlayOn Sports, The Weather Channel and Ernst & Young, Monisha has decided to focus on creating and growing a business that is focused on helping improve the lives of others. Her experience has been on understanding customer needs and creating compelling customer experiences.

Monisha is responsible for executing SCORE's strategic plan by overseeing the digital product experience, marketing and sales messages and achieving established subscriber and revenue goals.

She is married and the mother of two active student-athletes. Her daughter plays basketball at Rhodes College in Memphis and her son plays high school and travel basketball and baseball.

Senior Recruiter with proven experience in providing quality hires as well as skilled pipelines. Her background includes staffing agencies as well as corporate positions across the US and Canada.

Deedra is responsible for talent management undertakings including sourcing and recruiting, on-boarding and managing our SCORE Coaches. Working closely with our Education team, Deedra ensures that our SCORE Coaches are delivering an exceptional service to our customers exceeding their expectations.

Sam Bond

Sam Bond

Sam is the Southeast General Manager for Lyft. Sam is responsible for the operation of the Georgia, Florida, and Carolinas markets for Lyft’s business, including passenger acquisition and promotion, driver education and support, and partnerships and local government relations. Prior to joining Lyft, Sam was Group Director of Supply Chain Strategy and Portfolio Management for Coca-Cola Refreshments in Atlanta. At CCR, Sam developed the long-term strategy for Coke’s North American manufacturing and distribution operations. He also ran the capital projects approval and prioritization processes. Prior to working at Coke, Sam spent three years at Bain and Company in Atlanta, doing strategy consulting in a variety of industries, including retail, CPG, manufacturing, higher education, private equity, and financial services.

He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2003-2008. While deployed to Iraq, he was a scout sniper platoon commander and served as an assistant regimental intelligence officer. He graduated with honors with an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia, and received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University.

He lives in Atlanta with his wife, Margaret, and children Ellie and Walker.

Scott Kennedy

Scott has been at the forefront of the digital sports media industry. He was a pioneer in the college football recruiting business including running a national camp and combine series and becoming Director of Scouting for Scout.com as part of Fox Sports. Scott was a regular expert analyst across national media including Fox Sports, Sports Illustrated, The NFL Network and more. Scott was elevated to VP of Content for Scout Media, who was then acquired by CBS Interactive.

Currently Scott is building a Digital Sports Network through the Maven Coalition (Maven.io / MVEN) and spends most of his spare time at the ballpark coaching his son and daughter in baseball and softball respectively.

Brian Sholly

Brian Sholly

Following 18 years in marketing and executive management in Procter and Gamble, GTE and his own company, Brian spent the last 15 years in the learning industry. In 2003, he joined Kaplan focusing on the adult learner. As President of Kaplan Learning Technologies, Brian led Kaplan’s global efforts to enable enterprise e-learning development by providing state of the art online authoring software.

In 2013, Brian joined OnCourse Learning as Executive Vice President of Real Estate. At OnCourse he was responsible for online and live training for Real Estate agents, brokers, appraisers and home inspectors.

Brian was a member of the Appraisal Foundation Industry Advisory Council (IAC) and held the Certified Distance Education Instructor designation from the International Distance Education Certification Center (IDECC). A resident of Roswell, Georgia, Brain and his wife of 35 years have 4 children and 8 grandchildren. After work hours, he enjoys cycling and riding his Harley.

Derek Van Nostran, currently the Head of Marketing at NewsON. Derek is a 20-year veteran in the digital marketing industry holding strategic marketing leaderships roles at CNN, The Weather Channel, and NewsON. He is also a co-founder and past-President of the Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association. His parents both were professional educators and he was a member of the golf team at The University of Vermont.
